KingPalace Terms & Conditions – Everything Explained in Plain English

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the KingPalace platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player").

These Terms & Conditions apply to the kingpalace.click website, mobile application, and all associated KingPalace services. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to comply with these terms.

KingPalace reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account at KingPalace:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Account credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Your account is for your personal use only.

Verification of the phone number or email address provided at registration is mandatory. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a copy of your national ID or passport may be required.

KingPalace reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

The following rules apply to all deposits made at KingPalace:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and designated bank transfers.
• Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. It is advisable to keep proof of your deposit.

KingPalace offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General bonus terms:

• Your account must be verified before you can claim any bonus.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to claim other bonuses.
• KingPalace reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.

If bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the system is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. Suspicious betting patterns — such as low-risk bets placed solely to meet wagering requirements — will be treated as bonus abuse.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from KingPalace:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours.
• Complex verifications may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. KingPalace reserves the right to carry out additional verification for security purposes, which may take longer than usual.

General rules that apply to playing games on KingPalace:

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been audited by an independent third party.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.
• We recommend using Demo Mode to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.

For Sports Betting, bets accepted before any odds change will remain valid. However, KingPalace reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (Palpable Error).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KingPalace:

• Use of any bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Sharing your account with others or using another member's account.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Any fraudulent payment transactions.

KingPalace may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• A security risk or suspected breach is identified.
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

If an account is closed by KingPalace, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 7 business days. Balances may be held during an ongoing investigation.

KingPalace is committed to ensuring maximum uptime and reliable service. However, KingPalace shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• A game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• Errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Issues with the member's own device or network connection.

If a technical fault causes the outcome of any game to be uncertain, KingPalace's policy is to refund the bets for that round. Any technical complaints must be reported to support within 48 hours.

KingPalace operates under an international license. These Terms & Conditions comply with the legal framework of the relevant licensing authority.

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. The team will endeavor to resolve the issue within 7 business days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, KingPalace's interpretation shall be final.
